sealant is dirty and can look dirty, difficult to keep it looking consistent. This tape has some unique uses, you can attach heavy objects or pull things on it, and unlike caulk it won't spread the caulk, it stays in place! So long-term printing is impressive right where you need it. It doesn't replace a seal under the right circumstances, but when it works it's much more desirable than seals like seals. impressed, recommended!
