That's how it's written. Came in nice packaging. It was easy to install and had everything you need to do it. It's hard not to be happy with a product like this - and I'm happy with that - but remember: when it says it's 13.3 inches, it is what it is. There is no leeway to place it slightly askew, no cover for your bezels etc. I currently have a small strip of uncoated screen on the top and right side of my laptop because I missed it a bit. It's on me, so I don't want to give the impression that this makes the product inferior. But if you're trying to cover a 13-inch screen - especially on a device with large bezels (I have an Acer Spin 5, so the bezels are pretty big) - I'd recommend going with a slightly larger screen protector.
