Really terrible product

So I ordered this product because I've tried other magnetic eyelashes and I liked them but I wanted to try other styles. I searched YouTube for recommendations and came across one who raved about Arishine's magnetic lashes and eyeliner, so I decided to give them a try. I even went straight to the link in the video description. When I clicked on it, I was directed to that product as it was a newer version of the same product. A few days pass and the product arrives in the mail. I'm so excited. I apply the liner and let it dry. It doesn't fit perfectly, digs into my lashes a bit, but so far it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. The brush is a bit bigger than what I'm used to from eyeliner, but I guess it just takes a bit of getting used to. Once the liner is dry, I select a pair and apply them. They seem to snap in nicely but I need to make an adjustment and when I try to take the end off it's CLOSED and I have to pull a little to get it off my eyelid. I guess I just didn't wait for the eyeliner to dry, I set my lashes and they stay in place all night. (I had to trim them down a bit because almost every pair has scraps clinging to the magnets on the ends, but that's not all.) The next day I gave myself enough time to put them in order. The first thing I notice is that the wand is covered on the eyeliner, not just the brush. Explains why it was on my lashes both the night before and the next day. I'm looking at other eyeliners and although the pencil isn't covered in eyeliner, it soaks into the brush and requires a lot of swiping before it's at an acceptable level for my lid. Despite my best efforts it still gets into my lashes and they are now stuck into the eyeliner and I easily spend 5 minutes plucking my lashes and losing a few in the process. And now I'm waiting for them to try. After almost 20 minutes the liner was still sticky. I double check the packaging to make sure it's magnetic and won't stick to the lashes. Yes, the right product. The liner only stops being tacky after I've run my fingers over it enough times to remove all of the tack. I'm finally getting my eyelashes done. Now that the eyeliner isn't sticking, the lashes aren't sticking at all. I give up taking 15 minutes to remove the liner because I'm going to give it so much, it's SUPER pigmented and trying to set in front of your eyes. Normally I'd say that's fine, but if the liner is junk it would be nice to be able to remove it. After the agonizing removal, I give my skin a break (glad I decided to start doing this well before work), apply magnetic liners from other lashes I bought, apply another pair of these lashes from the first one I tried in a day, smeared with what was left of Arishine eyeliner and got on with my day. I'm going back to my regular eyeliner for a few days and haven't had such an issue applying or removing, despite having a similar, albeit smaller, brush. . I've even used another brand of eyeliner and these lashes a few times with little to no issues (although Arishine's don't seem to hold up as well as those sold with another brand of liner). And today I decide to try again. With enough patience, can I get this product to work? No, if I continue to use this product, false eyelashes are no longer an option for me because every time I apply or remove this eyeliner, I lose 2-4 eyelashes. Lashes are decent. I really like how flexible they become and how well they conform to the shape of my eye. But the eyeliner is absolute crap and since the lashes don't seem to stick to anything but their own eyeliner I think the whole product is a total waste.
