This is a great replacement chair for my old one and even has some nice upgrades like a headrest and adjustable armrests. The shipping box it came in was very sturdy and even had corner supports. It is well protected for transportation. The assembly was ok, initially there were problems with attaching the armrests to the seat cushion, but in the end they were able to be assembled. Also, the instructions were pretty easy to understand. The chair is very comfortable and the mesh back is great so my back doesn't get hot when I'm sitting for a long time. I usually sit Indian style or with one leg under the other and this chair is great for that, with enough room in the front for you to adjust as needed. My only complaint is that the seat cushion could be a little softer, but that's ok. Maybe it will soften over time. All in all, this is a great chair if you're looking for something a little better than your standard office chair.
