This thing is built for tough use. A very difficult time. The assembly was a bit tricky because the screws are so massive. But at least it means that once the TV is installed, it's not going anywhere. My main issue with this thing was. YES, these are the missing parts. The handle that should have been in the box wasn't there. Details that allow you to set and maintain a specific angle for the TV. Luckily I didn't plan on catching the TV. But I see that's a problem. Likewise. The front panel where you mount the TV was very crooked. This part was pre-installed together. I had to take it apart and straighten it. Figured it out after a little fiddling. Overall I really like this mount. I'd like to know that this thing would hold up well if I had a bigger upgraded TV. But yes. There were some initial flaws.
