One is not like the other

I got this as gift for my mom. She was very excited and couldn't wait to swing with her grand babies. It was easy to assemble but when we got down to the last step, disappoint hit! We could not put on the canopy due to the melted screw. I couldn't find a way to contact the company to get a replacement screw. I searched relentlessly to find contact info for the company and was unsuccessful. Mother's day 2022 👎

The swing's seat and backrest are lined with soft, comfortable cushions that are perfect for long periods of sitting
