Good buy Blue light blocking glasses

I bought these glasses because I have 3 monitors plus a phone in my office and am tech addicted all day. I'm not prone to eye headaches, so I didn't buy them to prevent any specific symptoms per se, but I can definitely say that I can feel my blood pressure drop when I put them on. I can feel my eyes relax even when I look at the screen. For €7 or so it's definitely worth it.
