This book is ideal for adults who want to paint to relax. There's a wide range of images - both natural and urban - so there's bound to be something to suit your mood. The paper is thick, colored pencils fit well (I haven't tried pencils, but should work). I appreciate that it is single sided and the pages open wide making it easy to color and rotate the book as needed. I was so pleased that I bought another one as a gift. I would buy from this brand again.
