This works exactly as you would expect. No issues with that or the quality. The issues I have are that it hangs down too far from the coat hooks in the car and it's rather large in diameter. Between both of those, it is perfectly centered in my field of vision looking thru the rear window, which means it blocks my view of cars coming up behind me. That's rather annoying and for that reason it gets 3 stars.
