Review on Design House 182006 Standard Handrail by Sal Muniz
The base does not fit on the hook.
Consists of two parts: 1) a base that screws to the wall and 2) a hook that wraps around the base and screws onto the handrail. These two pieces fit perfectly when laid on a flat surface. However, if you cut it at an angle that is about 45° on a regular ladder, the base and hook will not match.
