First of all, #1 I was disgusted right after opening the box upon delivery and finding my brackets were probably bouncing around loose out of their completely opened soft and thin product box! And the shipping box for these two small bracket was about 4 feet long x 10 inches wide with only ONE sheet of brown packing paper floating around in the box with the brackets. POINTLESS! It's a wonder that the brackets weren't scratched and dented or even completely ruined! Shame on the Shipping…

Made my kid a desk with these brackets. I bought the 18” brackets, used a board that was 32x24” long. So the brackets aren’t flush with the end of the table. It works really well for the space we had. I love that it collapses down, expanding the space into a reading corner.Just two issues:1: the arm bent when I was trying to close it. So i wasn’t able to get a third screw to secure the board to the bracket.2: the top hole on the bracket is in between two arms, so it was nearly impossible to get

When raised, the outside angle is about 95 degrees. Which means your shelf or table leaf will be pitched slightly up, if you don't compensate for the angle. I think this is intended to compensate for out of plumb walls, because the bracket is pretty solid, and I don't see it drooping under load. Overall pretty happy with these, for the price point.

I love this product. The screws and achors sent with the product are not very durable, however I installed the brackets right into studs of a wall. It only took about 1/2 hour to install with 2 people working on it. I did use the screws that were supplied to attach the wood top onto the bracket and they worked great. Very easy to install and love how it folds up. Definitely would recommend.

I used these for a workbench w/ foldout table space for wood working projects. So far they have worked great, though I haven't got to use them as much as I would like yet. They lock great, easy to fold up and a reasonable price. Install was a little tricky since I was using large pieces to attach to them. (Roughly 24" X 24") but overall I'm very pleased and I did actually go and order more b/c I liked them so well. Great product.

Firstly the product I was sent was already scratched and had been opened before. This isn’t quite an issue except if I had the option to choose new, I would have done just that. It’s a little scummy being misled that your product is a factory new item only for this to not be the case.Secondly, the actual folding system is sturdy, but a little funky. I am using these to add a shelf to the front of a smoker grill. Perfect way to add a shelf and still be able to use the cover for the grill. Worked out great

I installed a flip-up 10"x11" melamine laminated board to the side of my RV kitchen base cabinet to increase the work space. It works just as intended and is sturdy and easy to raise up and down.The release levers when the board is folded protrude a bit, preventing the small lightweight board from hanging 100% vertically. This is A VERY MINOR quibble. I'm actually regretting that I am mentioning it. Any larger surface used with these brackets will hang down vertically, so don't overemphasize…

Very easy to install and comes with a level to help you make sure that your shelf is level. It is holding a sound bar an a satellite box with no issues. You could probably install it by yourself but it helps when someone is holding the shelf while someone is installing the brackets.

These worked perfectly for an extension on my band saw table. Smooth pull up and strong catches let you know it's engaged.

Love the brackets. Function nicely. Good quality. Useless screws however and the packaging waste was ridiculous! They sent the small box of brackets in a HUGE long cardboard box 25x the size of the brackets. What a waste.

We were excited to get these brackets, but when we opened the box we were very disappointed! The entire pkg was missing screws, package was torn open , along with the brackets! Everything looked like it was tossed in to the Ebay box! . Very disappointed, had go buy pieces that were missing from open packages.

When I opened the box whose seal was already broken a bunch of loose screws flew out and packets that were supposed to hold the screws and drywall inserts were broken open. There were two different sized sets of screws and less were found than the number of the holes in the brackets to mount them. No directions either. Seemed like a poor choice of screws for the size holes in the bracket in the first place. Maybe the former owner did that. Who knows. Now it's a trip to the hardware store to do…

Folds up flat and easy to install. Super sturdy and smooth up and down. I've been using it in my van for extra for space and it's been working as advertised. I only wish I had more room in my van to I install more of this bracket!

Would have given this a higher rating, but the thing isn't exactly 90 degrees. You need a capability to flex just slightly beyond 90 degrees then back to 90 to lock it. Had to make a number of modifications on my wood project to allow for this extra flex. The wood was perfect 90 degree, this metal bracket is not unfortunately. Otherwise it seems like a good product.

These folding shelf brackets were just what we needed to extend the counter space in our motor home. They are sturdy, easy to install and operate.

Great set of brackets. Easy to install with some patient measuring. Sturdy once in place and the folding mechanism is smooth when engaged.

Cant say if I dislike it yet because I have not installed this item yet.How ever they are well made look great and easy to install well worth the price

The installation video suggest using an 8 MM (.315") drill bit for the anchors, I used a slightly smaller one (.3125"). However, after making all 3 holes for the first bracket, I noticed the anchors were way too small so sure enough they were completely loose in the holes. You may want to use a .25" drill, but honestly I would just buy anchors separately. Unfortunately now, I have to patch 3 holes on my wall.Another thing, the wood screws included for mounting the brackets to the tabletop are…
