Firstly the product I was sent was already scratched and had been opened before. This isn’t quite an issue except if I had the option to choose new, I would have done just that. It’s a little scummy being misled that your product is a factory new item only for this to not be the case.Secondly, the actual folding system is sturdy, but a little funky. If the arms are not properly straightened when screwed into the walls it appears they will not fold all the way. I have tried to make sure they are perfectly level and straight but mine still stay open about 10 degrees which is a huge let down.On top of all of this, the item arrived way later than the estimated date, which isn’t necessarily an issue of the product or even an issue at all, but when the product ends up being mediocre, it’s salt in the wound that it took so long to arrive.
