Description of Gorilla Epoxy Minute Ounce Syringe

Strong, permanent, fast and gap-filling; great for multiple surface applications. Best for tough repairs requiring a durable bond, gap-filling and solvent resistance. Dries clear; ideal for clean, easy finishing. 6 minute set; plenty of repositioning time for the perfect fit. Easy-to-use syringe; separate barrels of resin and hardener keep epoxy from hardening, plus syringe dispenses evenly and includes a cap for multiple uses.

Practice before you apply.

New to this product should practice mixing the epoxy and applying it to something to test adhesion before using it on the object of interest. A certain amount of mixing time is required to achieve the desired consistency. Otherwise, the compound will become gelatinous or gummy. When mixed properly, the bond is very strong, but will take a few extra days to set and get even stronger. This is a great product with good volume for at least 50+ small uses. I used it to fix a pair of earbuds that…

Used to repair a car's rear center brake light

Used in conjunction with the Gorilla double-sided mounting tape to repair a car's rear center brake light (center stop light). Mounting tape will help hold the light housing in place while the epoxy dries. It's been about a week. The connection must be very strong. It's summer now (daily average 75F) and I think if this solution didn't hold it would already be falling again. My solution is probably overkill, but I don't want to dwell on it again. I prepared the surfaces by cleaning them with…

Smelly but resists adhesives, sealants and greases

I didn't use much epoxy. It scares me a little. I don't like mixing different glues together and the smell is like burnt hair, but I wanted to make my own cabinet pulls/drawer pulls for the bureau I painted. This required gluing several pieces together that could withstand significant stress and pull. I consulted with a few people on a craft website and they advised me to use Gorilla Glue Epoxy. It worked almost perfectly. Of the 12 drawers, 3 popped out on the first pull. Looking at the…

So far, so good. for epoxy glue

I bought this to fix a metal ring that had come loose from a stained glass screen. It was originally soldered but over the years the solder has failed. It would have to be soldered at the top, and not only would the solder be visible, I don't think it would stick any better. Then I would have to try to match the color of the solder lines. I have used epoxy before but never dry epoxy. I covered the side of the ring as well as the area where the ring fits. I let it dry overnight and it was set…

Worst Epoxy Ever! in epoxy adhesives

I usually use Gorilla Glue products. The tape is amazing. This is the second experience with epoxy and it's not successful at all. I ordered glue in January just to have it on hand. Most recently (in October) a metal painting collapsed. I attached it with double sided tape which in hindsight wasn't strong enough. This time I decided to use epoxy to attach the blocks holding the painting to the wall. a bunch of cookbooks to apply pressure, set an Alexa alarm for 5 minutes. At a signal I unloaded

Tie copper pipe! - Adhesives, Sealants & Lubricants

I was looking for an alternative to soldering or gas welding to join copper tubing for non-potable purposes and decided to give it a try. (I seriously doubt this is safe for pipe used for water.) I've had positive experiences with Gorilla brand products in the past, including silicone epoxy and wood glue. Use within 5 minutes as it is most effective before then. It is recommended to use a plastic liner pack for use as a mixer. There is a small black plastic tab that is said to be used to seal…
