Have been using this product for several years. I had no problems with it and it helped me a lot to develop my swing. The previous similar product from another company was completely problematic, especially the way out of the ground. what it doesn't have. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I read a review on how to keep the rope from breaking. Just wrap some tape around the exposed rope behind the plastic wrap, top and bottom. This is to protect the rope from snapping. I have to re-read this review to read the exact wording.
