Review on 💡 Dimmable Decorative Reflected Chrome-like Powerhouse by Brent Porter

Love this lamp - it's perfect for fixtures with exposed bulbs that would otherwise blind your eyes. However, they are sporadically prone to failure. Like other users, I had a flickering issue with one of the bulbs in the 2-pack I ordered; The other bulb was fine. The flickering one quickly burned out. I reported the issue to Revain support and they offered me a replacement without returning the defective unit. Carefully. Here I have to warn users about the Revain service. A month later I received an email saying they were still waiting for me to send a return with a link to the return label. I would have happily returned what I received at the time of the problem but was told I didn't need it so I threw away the dead bulb. Now they tell me that my card will be charged if I don't send a refund by such and such a date. Since I can't send a refund at the moment, I must have messed it up. Always be on the lookout for potential communication issues with Revain.
