First, the seller of this watch strap was very quick and unlike other reviews on this item (possibly other sellers), provided a replacement needle at no additional cost. Contrary to the reviews I read complaining about how difficult it was to change the watch band, I found it to be as easy as can be after watching a YouTube video of changing the watch band on the Casio Pathfinder PAW 1200 viewed. The entire process, from removing the pins and metal straps, cleaning the watch case and straps, and reattaching the strap, straps and pins, took less than 10 minutes. No special tools (thin screwdriver or awl) are required. I reused the original pens so I have two extras if you need them! I actually bought other watches because of the naysayers who talked about the difficulty of replacing - don't believe it. Buy a strap (it's not cheap, but it's cheaper than a new watch) and replace it. You will be happy with yourself.
