Self assembly including the post that bolts to the wall and the levers including the cord holder all good/excellent. The problem is that there isn't enough hardware included in the kit, like the most popular TVs. So unless you have a home depot bucket filled with assorted screws and gaskets, I would consider something else. If they doubled down on the mounting bolt options and replaced the clamp bolts with something stronger, this would be my mount every time.
