I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

After a day of use, it's still too early to talk about anything. On the other hand, after almost a day of use: 1. a footrest - with my weight of 125-130 kg, it’s quite a normal deflection without fear of breaking and quite convenient (I’m thinking of purchasing a wider table or making a cutout for the day of the legs in the longitudinal wall of the table, but there is a wall :) ). 2. I would like to make the back tilt smaller - in the sense that the back would be more vertical in the default position (apparently I’ll just bend the bracket at the angle I need). 3. Actually, only after a day of use, I realized that there is no swing mode (it wasn’t there, to be honest, and I knew about it right away), so I’m thinking of buying another mechanism separately, and apparently polyurethane wheels (we’ll see how the cross behaves - they often complain about cracking nests wheels, but I still have weight). 4. In general, after a day (such work), I like the chair.

Cons

Delivery is terrible. It's already here and . and 4 hours minus the wait. They promised from 10 to 18, in real life 18-30, although 4 hours are within walking distance. I regret that stupidly I didn’t reach the courier myself and didn’t pick it up (I stood at the shopping center on the map). I understand - you never know what he had there, I don’t know all the nuances of this work. On the other hand, I have no complaints about the courier personally upon receipt. But there is a feeling that he collected the parts of the chair at the addresses in one box, and not in one place he took it and already took it to the address. Because box - it was rather a trunk covered with adhesive tape. I understand that heavy things require strengthening the packaging + again transfer, but the box has been opened. I have no complaints about the integrity of the contents, except for the plugs for the screws on the armrests - the diameter is not the same, however, but these are trifles and do not play any influence for me personally (with my weight, everything is the same at least once a month, you need to go through the screws to tighten moving parts) PS. Specifically, this courier - respect and respect, upon receipt short and to the point.
