I have to start this post by saying the seller is great! They emailed me before I received the product to make sure everything is ok. When I received the trays they were both cracked in almost the same spot. It won't stop me from using them, I just need to make sure there's nothing with liquid in those sections. I messaged the seller to let them know and they refunded my money for the purchase which I wasn't expecting. I would definitely buy them again if needed.
