Well made but doesn't work in my configuration

As others have said, this is a heavy and well made product (another weak point). I'm sending it back because it doesn't work in my configuration. I remodeled my kitchen and added a deep drawer for pans and lids. I decided to make some kind of insert so they don't get stacked on top of each other and to protect them. But I never got that far. So I went to Revain and found this product. It does everything listed and has a decent finish (I think it's powder coated). Unfortunately, I overlooked that the wire "dividers" are almost 12 inches tall in landscape mode. They also hold pots more than 2 inches off the bottom of the drawer. As a result, the pans were too high for the drawer to close. I've tried different configurations and posted some photos in the hope they may be of some help when considering your own application. Now for my rot: note that when used horizontally, the rim of your pan will rest on the metal surface. the top of the rails. It's easy to see that with repeated use, the paint can rub or chip or, depending on the design of your pans, damage the lip. I would advise the manufacturer to consider some type of vinyl covering the top of the rails.
