I like how it allows me to keep my team up-to date with our policies & processes via email/social media alerts as well as reminders in their inboxes during shift changes or if they have been away for an extended period without updating themselves (which happens often). The notifications can be set so you don't get too many emails cluttering your Inbox - which helps! We used doozuki primarily through its mobile app but there was no way to create customised reports unless we had someone who knew code write them etc.. There's also very little reporting functionality available other than simple summary figures such as "How long did this task take?".
