My daughter loved it and overall I'm glad I bought it. A few problems. I think it's not a good gift if you don't talk to the guardian first because it's quite difficult and my daughter (10) needed a lot of help. For me I didn't mind, but you need to make sure someone can help. Another problem was that the needles were too small and brittle for the job they were supposed to do, both broke and we had to buy bigger ones. There was no marker either, we just used a pencil. It seems that the marker was missing from other people as well. A great project for a rainy day, took almost all day to create. I think they will be a great gift for friends.
