Fits perfectly on my GW3000BB when the original strap broke in one of the holes. There are no instructions, but changing the strap is easy and straightforward with just a couple of small flathead screwdrivers. The buckle on my original strap was black while this strap had a silver buckle. I prefer the look of black so I swapped them. It was very easy to take the buckles of the old and new belt and swap them out; A regular spring pin will hold the buckle in place, and a jeweler's screwdriver or paperclip will do the job. Comparing the old and new belt, the holes on this new belt are actually slightly different than the old belt. For me it was good; the old belt always felt too tight or too loose; This new one lets me tighten it just right. When you replace an old bracelet that fits you perfectly, you may find that that bracelet no longer fits your wrist in the same way. Highly recommended.
