I train 4-5 days a week. I started using BiPro water instead of the water bottle I was previously using. After using BiPro for 2 weeks I noticed that I was less tired at the end of my workout and my recovery time was reduced. I used the lemon version. The taste is quite pleasant, but it's not the same as drinking lemonade, and that's okay. If that was what I was looking for I would use something else. Overall I am very satisfied and will continue to use BiPro water in training.
