I love this product and have ordered others after receiving mine. In general it worked fine, but recently I noticed that it doesn't show the time and I kept resetting it. Eventually I realized that the problem was in the second hand. It no longer moves in a row, causing the clock to lose time. I contacted the manufacturer to ask about a repair and they didn't respond.
