I love this product and have ordered others after receiving mine. In general it worked fine, but recently I noticed that it doesn't show the time and I kept resetting it. Eventually I realized that the problem was in the second hand. It no longer moves in a row, causing the clock to lose time. I contacted the manufacturer to ask about a repair and they didn't respond.

I have just received this watch and it looks exactly like the picture but is beautiful in person. The kit includes setup instructions and a link removal tool for smaller wrists. There are no instructions on how to remove group links, but I did it successfully. An added bonus is a wooden storage box and a small burlap-covered pillow to hold the watch when not in use. I've read some of the other reviews and will see if anything happens with the manual gears.

The pink face is amazing and the wood is real. It is very beautiful and well made. I think it's important to remember that this is made of wood, which has the same limitations as ALL wood: it can splinter, break, or have weak points. In that sense, for what it is. The watch is beautiful, light, the size of the strap is easily adjustable. Unfortunately, within a few months and without any damage (drop, water exposure, etc.) it started randomly not showing the time... and then magically started working again. Has nothing to do with the picture or the description (well, maybe a bit). The only part that even slightly resembles wood is the area around the dial. that's all. The watch was given as a Christmas present and was very well received. The quality is good, although the dial is a bit larger than originally suggested, but that's to be expected when you're buying things online.
