Very comfortable grip.
Fits perfectly in the hand and the flatter sides make it very easy for me to hold the camera or attached light source. The wrist strap is easy to add or remove when the bottom 1/4-20 threaded hole needs to be used to attach a tripod. By adding a spigot to the top 1/4-20 male thread I can use it to hold a studio all-in-one and a small softbox. Of course, holding a mirrorless or SLR camera is comfortable, but the main reason for the purchase was to help the assistant hold the candy bar and a small softbox, and it does an excellent job.
