Yes, that's what the title should look like. The biggest complaint from people in the reviews is the awful black and white pins used to connect the parts. And it seems tricky and strange. You insert the white pins, then insert the black pins into the white pins. So not like a screw and bolt where one goes in a hole and the other is attached to the other end. No, it's the white one that goes in the hole, you push it all the way in until it snaps into place. Push the black rod in the middle all the way down until it clicks. Basically what this does is that the black pin causes the white pin on the other side of the hole to stretch out a bit so it's strong. If you don't push both pins all the way in and click, it won't hold. And after that, you can make the white anchor useless because it wasn't pre-expanded. I love being able to store all my document folders as well as other office supplies on the lower shelves. In any case, I really like this product. I had a problem when they sent me 2 "D" pieces and no "E" pieces even though there was 1 "D" piece and 1 "E" piece for the last folder holder pieces should be. Which tells me they sent me a used one, not a new one. I contacted the seller and they were very nice, accommodating and sent me a replacement for which I am very grateful.
