This product is quite durable and easy to assemble. I was looking for something with vertical and horizontal storage, but needed to point the vertical part towards me so I could see the filenames. If I move them at an angle I can see all the filenames. The bottom drawer slides out or can be removed for an additional file slot. Yes, you will use pliers to attach the file holders (C, D, and E) to "Part B". Arrived too damaged to assemble without repair. The box looked normal so it didn't happen upon delivery. It was either damaged at the factory or was previously sold and returned damaged and then resold without repair. The attached photos show how much the frame is bent.
