I am satisfied with the final product. It was actually easy to put together by following the instructions emailed from the company combined with a little know-how. Yes, you will use pliers to attach the file holders (C, D, and E) to "Part B". Insert the female (white) "G" pin into the aligned holes on each side of each file holder, and then insert the male (black) "F" pin into the female "G" pin as far as it will go. Then just press EACH SIDE of the black "F" pins (one side on each lol) with pliers so you don't squeeze "F" and "G" together. (I don't think that will help.) They came together very easily with pliers. The only minor issues: The grid is a little weak, but not critical. There is a shallow dent on the back of the "D" part, but this is hidden by the file folders inside. I HOPE IT HELPS!
