Great solution that keeps my restaurant organized

I love how easy it is for me as an executive chef to see what's being ordered by all of our employees, so we can adjust menus accordingly! It also gives us more control over who gets access to certain products in order to keep inventory levels under check. The software could be better if they had some sort of mobile app option like other similar services have (e.g., GrubHub). Also not sure why there isn't some way to pay through Paypal or Google Wallet either; but maybe this has been addressed already? We haven’t found any issues with using this service thus far - everything runs smoothly. With this system you are able to track exactly where your product comes from and when it was last used. This helps ensure quality ingredients are always available without going out-of-stock.

  • Easy interface
  • Lots/variety choices at reasonable prices
  • Great customer support team that follows up quickly whenever needed.
  • Ability integrate multiple distributors into one account instead having separate accounts which makes tracking orders easier than ever before :)
Cons
  • Not much customization options.
  • Can sometimes take longer then expected time between ordering & delivery
