Works well after a week of constant use. My MacBook Pro docks easily, although you have to be a bit careful when closing the dock to make sure all the ports line up. However, this is an extra second of time, nothing more. I turn my Mac on and off an average of 8 times a day to run to meetings and it saves me time and puts less strain on my back from not having to keep plugging everything in. I previously had another docking station from a different brand. While the other seemed more secure and durable, LandingZone's dock works fine. And considering the price difference between other dock options that support an HDMI port, this is very good value. My setup: 15" MacBook Pro Mid 2015. I have two large 30" Dell monitors, one via DisplayPort, one via HDMI. I have a headphone output. I have connected various things to USB ports. I keep my laptop lid closed when docked. Note. I figured I could get away with a Thunderbolt 3 dock, but I couldn't control both monitors this way. All Thunderbolt 3 docking stations require that one of the two displays supports Thunderbolt (not DisplayPort!). Considering how ridiculously expensive Thunderbolt monitors are and how well both of my Dell monitors perform for the price, LandingZone was the best solution for my docking needs. The only downside right now is that my MacBook Pro is taking a lot longer to come back to life. when undocking versus plugging my displays directly into the Mac. For example, if I detach the displays directly from my Mac and open the lid, it takes about 10 seconds for the Mac to figure out what happened and adjust to only controlling one laptop screen. When using the LandingZone Dock and undocking it (which disables both my monitors), it takes the Mac about 30-40 seconds to figure out what has changed. Note that I didn't install the LandingZone ethernet driver since I don't use the ethernet port, so I don't know if this affects anything. I haven't contacted their support yet. But overall I'm satisfied.
