Doesn't work if your phone has a case

I believe this product has been redesigned. All the reviews and videos online say you can control the height of the phone jack so you can use it when your phone has a case. My version of this product does not have this option. So the cable sits too low and doesn't fully connect to the phone. If you remove the cover it works fine. I don't like the idea of taking the case off every time I want to charge my phone. Connectivity for Apple Watch and AirPods is fine.

Pros
