The hair dryer makes a strange noise when I turn it on like it's about to break. Not very nice. Tried straighteners and I've never experienced anything like it! My hair became super static and was just useless unless I added a lot of product. A ceramic tool has no such effect on the hair. I had to go back. I'm also not a fan of brands trying to bribe customers into writing positive reviews. When I received my dryer and straightener there was a little note in the box that said if I left a 5 star rating I would receive a free gift. I am selling a good product and I am writing a positive review without a gift.
