Not working on my Dell
After reading the reviews and knowing that it was compatible with a Dell laptop I ordered this product. The first one didn't work and as soon as I plugged it in it started smoking. I was appalled that the laptop was damaged. I've requested a replacement but they're not charging for that either. See photo, it says the adapter and voltage are not suitable. I've used the 65w USB-C adapter from my Dell and Hp laptops with no success.
- Embedded PD emulator trigger on Type-C female end.
