This garment has great support all the way around and fits great. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs and usually wear size L or XL in things. I got the XL (worried it might be big after having lipo) but it's perfect. I actually would not be able to fit in a L if I had bought it but the XL stretches enough to be snug but comfortable. Nice material. Love the lace accents on the legs.
