Item appears to be used. yes needed. Cosmetics all over the outside of the packaging like it was in someone's old makeup case and looks like the cups have been refilled. Definitely not up to the quality of the other 3 pallets I bought for my girlfriend. Extremely disappointed in my $70.53 purchase.
