I am currently using it for my lower back. My neck hurts a little to be honest, but it's doing wonders for my back. It's so easy to assemble and take with you in the car on long journeys, and it even has a cigarette charger that can be used in the car. The kneading units are perfectly positioned. When I turn it on at home, I relax and turn on the heating function and I can carry it on my back for a while. I have a lot of stress at work and at home. I needed that for a long time. What I like best is that it can be used on literally any part of the body. It's so versatile and easy to use! It has 3 intensity levels, auto shut off after 15 minutes (just in case you forget to turn it off or in my case the kids turn it on without permission), a nice long cord that reaches my couch. It's magically relaxing and perfect for my needs!
