Almost a year ago I lost my Visio soundbar remote. I asked my roommate if he was looking online for a replacement (it's his soundbar). He said he couldn't find them and/or they were too expensive. Although I use it a lot, it's not my soundbar so I trusted it. I shouldn't have believed him. Received today, put in two triple batteries and it worked straight away. I can't believe I got up to change the volume for almost a year. I literally got this remote 10 minutes ago and I had to write a review. It's amazing, great value for money and works like a charm. Highly recommended. Soundbar Model: SB3621n-E8
