heavy duty. Cannot use wiper tools
This tool broke on the first try. See photo. The shaft is bent in the hole, so it's cocked now. Do not buy. They call it Heavy Duty, but it's a one-time use tool. I managed to get the wipers out but I can't use them anymore. I can't return it because it's been 90 days and this is the first time I've used it in 90 days, so I have no way of asking for help. I hope the supplier will email me at "vchan2177@yahoo.com" to authorize a refund or replacement. Otherwise buyers should be careful.
