Great that they have 3K settings. Everything I've installed so far works fine. I wish the switch click was firmer so a firmer stop would be useful when going to the ceiling, for example I thought everything was set to the middle position but 1 would be up in daylight. Depending on where the floor joists fall in relation to the hole cut, it can be difficult to get your hand out after installation, although I used a plumb bob. Just using a plumb bob can change things up a bit, so I had to add more sheets of drywall to the ceiling and draw a long line of chalk. While the crosses on the ground were good at determining where a hole should be drilled, they don't really take into account the small differences that come with actually drilling, such as: B. indirect obstacles. They are difficult to withdraw once inserted. I knew it would be best to leave the lenses and the lights and just let the cords hang down so I could sand and paint first. However, I was so excited I wanted to light them up as this basement has been dimly lit with old fluorescent tubes for the last 40 years. I'm very, very happy with them.
