
I had to be in LA for 10 days during the pandemic so I bought this pot to heat up food. All my meals had to go so this device was widely used and worked great. However, to warm up the food, I put the egg cooker in, added some water, and put the food on the egg cooker. The steam warmed up my food well. However, this was clumsy as the food tended to fall through the holes where the eggs were. I made it this way as I had separate things like a piece of chicken, potatoes, veggies etc and didn't want to put them all on the bottom and mix them together. It heats up quickly and quickly, so be careful when heating small items. I once lit a soup and almost set off a fire alarm in a hotel! Oops, bad move.
