I use this with my own cheap headset from Best Buy. I'm not making enough money at work from Plantronics OEM headsets. Works perfectly. You may need to try a few different headsets to make sure there are no feedback issues (look for a headset with a good directional mic). I urge anyone who works in a call center to stock up on their own headphones to avoid ear infections.
