Not cotton at all . More like spandex or nylon
Got it for a wedding since my baby is going to be the flower girl at her aunt's wedding. The material like other reviews said, more like spandex or swimsuit material rather than cotton and it's really thin and stretchable.

- The shrug is too lightweight and does not provide a substantial layer
