Hello, my back got cramped last year and it has stayed that way. I found that the thing where you wipe your ass after going to the toilet was no longer a matter of course. I could do it, but it only made the spasms in my back worse. If you think this is nothing - it hurt me a lot every time I did this, getting up and getting out of bed, sitting down and getting up from a chair - you WILL BE VERY DESPERATE FOR ANY HELP. This product has given it a soul. I was able to clean myself without causing back pain. Believe it or not, ONLY THIS has started to help my back recover. I'm fine now, but it took 2 months. WHY did I only give this product 3 stars? The handle broke after 4 months, one month warranty. I've never dealt with anything like this before. That's so strange. It's like the blue part is kinda blank. I can't explain it, but it renders the product unusable. My problem is that there is nothing to replace. The sponge is ideal for those who are taller. tender regions. and I've never had to remove the fabric cover. The water in the shower washes everything away. Maybe with a little help from your hand, but you're in the shower so wash your hand. My only solution is probably to "hard" tape the grip or tape a sponge to the stick. What is really needed is version 2.0 of this product. One with a real pen.
