I was thrilled when I received this package. Until I tried turning it on and got a low battery notification. . It turns out that the cable that came with it (not a Mac product) is not up to the wattage required to charge this device. It's hard to tell at this point if the computer is broken or not once I've bought a new cable from Best Buy, but it shuts down as soon as it's unplugged. The screen is also quite flexible - it falls without provocation. All of these seem to be things that should be mentioned in detail before I decide to buy. After taking this computer to the Apple Store I was told that the problem was indeed the battery - totally dead and should be replaced. Something else I want to know before buying. It is currently working but does not meet my standards which means 'certified refurbished' and lacks product details for sufficient knowledge to purchase beforehand.
