ORDER A LARGER SIZE THAN YOU THINK

I ordered a 9x9x12' sail shade because when I measured this size on the deck under the intended location of the sail shade, it seemed to fill the corner nicely. Wrong. You can go a lot bigger. I am ordering a 13x16x20 for a space I originally thought was 9x9. Based on my perception, I'm recommending you go bigger rather than smaller if you're not sure. The shade construction is great and it does well in wind and rain. I look forward to getting the bigger one, however.
