Good quality steel cable, coated, stranded
I used it to hold string lights on my patio. It was easy to use and came with plenty of hooks, loops and other hardware to keep the line taut and secure. Spring hail with no sign of damage or fatigue. The quality seems good so far. There were no notes, papers, brochures, pamphlets or messages of any kind whatsoever in the box to identify items or make suggestions as to the use of parts.
