I use lip balm religiously and quite often; That's why I like to order in bulk. I have ordered this exact item three times in the past - twelve packs of 3 .45 ounces (pack of 12). Twice it was presented as 12 packs of 3 as you could see in the store, the next time as 36 individual tubes in a box - I didn't care as it was for my personal use only so I don't care what it is is packed. Because it was a "flavor" I liked and overall I've been very happy with my previous three purchases so I went back to them again. However, I recently reordered and received a 3 pack. I sent it back, assuming it was an honest mistake, and ordered again. Today I received the SECOND single pack with 3 pieces. I'm also returning this one for a refund, not that I wouldn't use it, but for $35+ that's almost $12 for lip balms! and while I love it and use it daily, it's not $12 a piece. If you're looking for a pack, I think you've come to the right place. If you need 12 packs, look elsewhere. Note: The product itself has 5 stars. Almost no smell and works great!
