I bought these fairy lights to replace a very similar set of lights (same style, same length, same price at Christmas tree store) in my living room that had recently burned out. They are a worthy replacement and overall I have nothing to complain about. They have just the right amount of light and a nice, warm color - the living room lighting in the space I rent is very "sterile" and gives the coziness the space needs without being too bright. They seem to be of good quality for the price, they don't get very hot when switched on and it even came with two spare bulbs! I was very happy with it. They were very easy to install and packaged neatly and securely. However, one of the lightbulbs has already burned out (top right of the curtain in the picture). So I wasn't happy about having to use one of the spare bulbs right away and now I question the durability of those bulbs. Also, the wire is quite crimped and twisted compared to the ones I had before (compared to the photo). This may be due to the way they were packaged, so they may loosen over time. I can update later; If the wire flattens out over time and the bulbs hold up, I think it could get a solid 4 stars!
